I have been extremely selective in adding jennets to the herd, looking for the right conformation, temperament, and pedigree as well as extensive show records. Many have come from throughout the country. I feel that I have one of the leading herds in the US. I prefer that my donkeys be between 29" to 32". I do not have any mature jennets for sale at this time.

Her babies have a birth height of 19" to 20 3/4" All are small even out of jacks that are 32" and 33". If you breed her to Flashbang, her babies should stay really small. When bred to a spot, she has spots. I think your jack would cross well with her. Her foals have outstanding conformation.

Shazam has an extremely wide chest and rear, has a gorgeous head, and a beautiful set of legs. The two times she was shown prior to purchasing her she placed third in NMDA Foals at Halter class at the 2005 Dallas State Fair out of a class of fourteen and was again 3rd in a huge foal class at the 2006 Houston Livestock Show. I decided to take eight donkeys in a local 4th of July parade in 2010 so Shazam was body clipped. It's amazing to see the transformation after all of the last of the winter fuzz comes off. She was a trooper in the long parade route and we decided to add her to the show string. She placed first in the 4-9 year old jennets at the 2010 Oregon Mule and Donkey Show and was fourth in her age division at the 2010 NMDA National Show. Thank you Patrica Oertli for providing the information below with regards to Tillie. I am very proud to own her. Regarding Tillie, she produced three foals for me. Her first was a jack, Augustus. He was sold to Jeannie Richards and was never shown. The second was Wyatt Earp. I have attached a picture from a show in Shelbyville. He was sold to Sandi Costa after this show. She trained and showed him before he was sold to Debby Miller (Miller’s Meadows), who still owns him. Wyatt has quite the show record, however, I don’t have a list of all his wins. As mentioned earlier, he was the NMDA 2014 Champion Jack and Best of Breed, as well as in 2011, I believe. He was also NMDA Overall High Point Jack in 2011, 2013 and 2014. Her third foal was a Jennet, Lucy Allen, that was sold to BergHansen in California and she was never shown. Augustus and Lucy were sired by Short ASSets Starfire. Wyatt was sired by Frontier Legends Goldminer. I was always very fond of Tillie. She was a great producer. I know that she will have a very good home with you. Patsy

By far this little girl is the widest, biggest boned foal I have had born on the farm. This shouldn't be a surprise however since her mother is also a tank and dam of two national champions! Lovie has been shown once and placed 2nd out of 12 in a tough class of yearling jennets at the 2012 Pacific Northwest Miniature Donkey Classic. Sweet, correct, and stocky just start to describe this little girl. I had the opportunity to see Honey Bee's sire by the well known LN Star Spangle Banner and he is quite impressive. This little girl always demands hugs and her goal is to be the first to greet you. I took her and her mother to a local feed store prior to Christmas to have our photos taken with Santa. I stood in a long line with grandparents, parents, kids, and numerous dogs. Needless to say I was the only one that brought donkeys! Honey and Honey Bee were better behaved than most of the dogs and didn't even have an accident in the store. Honey Bee is a little sweetheart with great conformation. She was worth the wait! Cinderbelle does it again. She has produced offspring that have been champions in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. One of Napoleon's spotted son's recently sold to a farm in the Netherlands as a herd sire for $15,000 and one of his spotted daughters born late in 2011 sold to Australia. This compact little girl was only 20" at birth and should follow the path of her maternal siblings. She has a gorgeous head, straight legs, a well balanced frame, and a sweet personality. Cinderbelle's last foal now resides in Texas. Apple Spice is very correct and showy, which is no surprise. Her parents are both outstanding. Her sire was purchased by me from Frank and Mary Williams at Short and Sweet Donkey Ranch in Texas. Her dam was purchased from Dayle at Half Ass Acres in Tennessee at 6 months old in 2009.I have struggled for several years to get Apple in foal and finally we were successful. Apples foal is extremely correct with a willingness to learn and her mom has an lengthy championship show record (see below).
